Easyart

Easyart is liquid marine phytoplankton that has been developed for the culture of artemia and other crustaceans.

Net content: 250 y 1500 ml.

The microalgae species Tetraselmis (100 %) is used for artemia culture.

The expiration date does not change even if it has started to be used. The reason for the expiration date not changing is because the bag compresses as the gel comes out. This prevents air from entering the interior of the bag and thus prevents the oxidation of the phytoplankton.

Preservation. Store Easyart in a dark, dry and cool place. The storage temperature should not exceed 25°C. In summer, if temperatures are higher, it is recommended to store it in an air-conditioned room.

Cellular concentration: 0.1225 x 10⁹ cells/ ml

The dosage depends on the density of artemia that we feed.

The average daily consumption is 4 ml of Easyart per every 10 L of culture for the first 5 days (nauplii and metanauplii) and 8 ml of Easyart per every 10 L of culture from day 5 (juvenile and adult artemia).

If it is observed that a few hours after adding Easyart, the water of the artemia culture becomes transparent (the microalgae have been ingested) then it is necessary to add more Easyart.

Example of a 10 L artemia culture:

1º. – Hatch the artemia cysts according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

2º. – Once hatched, wait 6 hours and start feeding with Easyart.

3º. – Put 0.5 L of seawater in a glass.

4º. – Add 4 ml of Easyart and disperse the algae by shaking it.

5º. – Remove 0.5 L of water from the culture to make space for the new algae preparation.

6º. – Slowly add the algae preparation into the culture to avoid sediment suspension.

It is advisable to distribute the dosage of Easyart throughout the day.

For a correct dispersion, it is necessary that Easyart is added to the culture tank, previously diluted in water from the same culture.

Easyart can be automatically added using a dosing pump as long as the correct dispersion of the product is guaranteed.

Tetraselmis chuii:

For its high content of antioxidants Superoxide Dismutase, Catalase and Glutathione Peroxidase.
High digestibility for filter feeders and zooplankton.
It provides a high content of polysaccharides, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), pigments and other lipid compounds.
Increases the fertility of Artemia.

It is the product in the market, in liquid form, with the highest concentration of cells5 x 10⁹ cells/ ml which also does not require refrigeration during storage to maintain all its original nutritional properties intact.
Its packaging provides insulation from light and oxygen to ensure that the quality of the product is not altered during storage and use.
The packaging of Easyart ensures that the shelf life of the product is not altered after starting to use it. The flexible bag is compressed when the product is removed and prevents oxygen from entering the package, thus leaving the initial conditions of the package intact.
The microalgae that make up the Easyart are cultured in closed photo-bioreactors under human and animal feed safety conditions. These culture conditions guarantee the absence of pathogens that could negatively affect a reef ecosystem.
